Day 1: Arrival

Day 2: Moarhof + Sheep Woll Museum + Bruneck City Tour + Travel Guide
After the breakfast buffet, you drive into the beautiful Ahrntal Valley to the Moarhof in Ahornach. Upon arrival, enjoy a tour of the Moarhof Dairy. Learn how fresh milk turned into artisanal cheese specialties, and discover the secrets of cheese-making. After the tour, indulge in a tasting – sample different types of cheese and experience the authentic flavors of south Tyrol.
Next, travel to the Sheep Wool Museum in Sand in Taufers. On a guided tour, gain insight into the significance and processing of sheep wool. Immerse yourself in this traditional craft and learn how wool is refined. A fun felting activity is arranged for you here, allowing you to create a personal keepsake to take home. End the day with a city tour of Bruneck. Discover the charm of this cozy town and experience its lively atmosphere. Return to the hotel for a group dinner.
Day 3: Ladin Museum + Dinner on a Farm + Travel Guide
After breakfast, travel to St. Martin in Thurn to visit both Ladin Museums, which tell the fascinating story of Ladin culture and history. On a guided tour, immerse yourself in the unique world of this Alpine community and learn about their customs, language and centuries-old traditions.
Cross the Dolomites to reach “Grödner Joch” and then continue inti the Eisackvalley for today´s highlight: a farm dinner. Enjoy a delicious menu (anticipated to include: soup, a traditional farmhouse dish, and a sweet dessert).
Day 4.: Lake Kaltern and South Tyrolean Wine Museum + Wine Tasting + Travel Guide
Start the morning at picturesque Lake Kaltern. Take a leisurely stroll along the lakeshore, taking in the idyllic landscape and gentle vineyards around the lake. Enjoy the peaceful natural surroundings and the views of the surrounding mountains.
Afterward, visit the nearby south Tyrolean Wine Museum. On a guided tour, delve into the history and culture of South Tyrolean winemaking. Learn about the various grape varieties, regional cultivation methods, and traditions that shape South Tyrol as a wine-growing region. After the tour, enjoy a wine tasting, where you can sample the diversity of South Tyrolean wines. Experience the unique aromas and character of these wines and savor the ambiance of the museum and vineyards. Return to the hotel and dinner.
Day 5: Departure
Today, it´s time to say goodbye. With new experiences and memories, begin your journey home.
