We will show you the most beautiful wine regions around Lake Kaltern and the Eisack Valley. Local experts will introduce you to the secrets of viticulture. Of course, the fine wines are tasted during a wine tasting.

Day 1: Arrival

Day 2: Dolomites tour
Today’s journey takes you through the Ladin mountains of South Tyrol. You can expect great names that are sure to be familiar to enthusiastic mountaineers and nature lovers. The Dolomites are as unique in their appearance as they are varied and absolutely unique in their geology.
Together with several other mountain ranges, the Dolomites were added to the UNESCO World Heritage List in 2009, did you know that? In the dreamy village of St. Ulrich you have the opportunity to visit the fascinating wood carving “Dolfi”.
After these incredible impressions, you will return to the hotel, where dinner is already waiting for you.
Day 3: Meran - Lake Kaltern
The first item on your agenda today is the spa town of Meran. Enjoy the mild climate and its unique alpine-Mediterranean vegetation. You have the opportunity to explore the city independently before setting off to the largest lake in South Tyrol. You can get to Lake Kaltern by driving along the South Tyrolean Wine Route. Once there, you will experience the heart of the South Tyrolean wine region around Lake Kaltern. You will of course be privy to some of the stories of winemaking, and the Viticulture Museum will help you with this. Of course, a stay in the middle of the vineyards of Lake Kaltern is not to be missed.
Unfortunately, this exciting day is now over and you go back to the hotel and have dinner together.
Day 4: Brixen
You will enjoy today, for now you will drive to the wine-growing region of the Eisack Valley around the city of Brixen. In the oldest city you will take a closer look at some of the sights, such as the magnificent cathedral, and you also have to see the picturesque old town. The cute little town offers so much more and some people have already fallen in love with it. You set off for Neustift Monastery, where a vineyard tour will give you an insight into different cultivation methods and grape varieties. After you have learned so much about the fine wine, you will of course taste it.
In a good mood, you drive back to the hotel and enjoy dinner.
Day 5: Departure
All good things come to an end, you begin your journey home.
