A special day awaits you: you will travel by boat to the popular Herreninsel. Even the journey with the Chiemsee ship is an amazing experience.
When you arrive on the island, the magnificent Herrenchiemsee Castle awaits you. During a guided tour through the corridors you will learn a lot of information about the history and culture.
The ship takes you from the island back to the mainland.

In the morning drive to Salzburg. On a 2-hour city tour you will gain a first impression of Mozart’s birthplace. The heart of the city beats in the old town with the wonderful Getreidegasse, the cathedral and Mozart’s birthplace. In the afternoon you visit the Christmas market at Gut Aiderbichl in Henndorf near Salzburg. Traditionally, during Advent, there is Europe’s largest live animal nativity scene in the inner courtyard, where not only oxen, donkeys and sheep, but many other rescued animals create a Christmas atmosphere. If desired, a guided tour of the estate can be booked every hour. At the stands you will find tasteful accessories and gift ideas. Mulled wine and punch ensure your physical well-being. You can bake tasty stick bread at the campfire in the courtyard.

After breakfast you start your journey home.
